Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury is a classic dystopian novel about a future society where books are illegal and firemen burn them. Guy Montag is a fireman whose job is to start fires, not put them out. In his world, books are outlawed because society fears independent thought and deep ideas. After Montag meets a young neighbor who makes him question his life, he starts hiding and reading books. He risks everything to find the truth.
