About the event
Would you feel confident knowing how to respond when someone is experiencing a mental health crisis? Blue Water Allies, in partnership with St. Clair County Community Mental Health, invites volunteers and community members to participate in a free training focused on building confidence, awareness, and practical response skills.
Led by Adrienne Luckenbacher, Community Relations and Outreach Coordinator, this training will cover:
Self-care and personal wellness
Recognizing warning signs and behavioral cues
Understanding crisis response
De-escalation techniques
